Adapt-Ability

Real tools. Real life. Shared strength.

Adapt-Ability is a video series created in collaboration with Siegel Rare Neuroimmune Association and The MOG Project to share practical strategies, tools, and skills for living with NMOSD, MOGAD, and related neuroimmune conditions.

Adapt-Ability is built on lived experience. This series amplifies the voices of individuals who have learned, adapted, and found ways to navigate daily life after a significant diagnosis or disability.

By sharing real tools, insights, and strategies, our community is helping to bring you peer-informed pathways to support greater independence, and highlight approaches they have found helpful in improving quality of life.
