NMOSD & MOGAD Community Support Groups

Where shared understanding creates comfort, strength, belonging, and hope.

Patient Health Alliance is committed to fostering supportive spaces where individuals and caregivers living with NMOSD, MOGAD, and rare disease can connect, share, and build strength together.

Our support groups are designed to help you find community, access trusted resources, and gain confidence as you advocate for yourself or your loved one.

Why Support Groups Matter

Many participants report that connecting with peers helps them to feel less alone and more understood.

Learn practical coping strategies from others walking a similar path

Build confidence in navigating daily life with rare disease

Find comfort during difficult seasons, and hope during uncertain ones

“As a caregiver, it often felt like I was navigating this alone and expected to know all the answers.  Finding the group has given me a place to talk to other caregivers who share information that is truly helpful and from their experience. We like to talk about our hobbies and music. I look forward to it every month.”
